I love walking and I believe that movement is medicine and that sometimes all you need is someone to get moving with.
I started this because I know how hard it is to prioritize your health when life gets busy, overwhelming, or monotonous.
Taking the time to walk changed my relationship with my own day. I want to offer that to you.
Every walk is one-on-one, held in a public space, and built around you - your pace, your goals, your walking level.
